My Story

Today, I have healthy food habits and enjoy food but this has not always been the case. In the past, I struggled with various forms of disordered eating and a negative body image. It was not until I started developing mindful eating habits that I was able to reach and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. I love having freedom with eating now!

What About You?
  • Can you relate to my struggle with food?

  • Is food something that seems to have a grip on you?

  • Do you want to find freedom with eating?

If so, I truly understand what you're dealing with and I would be delighted to help you find freedom with eating and develop healthier habits one step at a time.

A Little Bit About Me Personally

I have had a curiosity and interest in food ever since I was a little girl. I loved helping my mom cook and one of my favorite childhood activities was spending time in my "play kitchen."  Along with maintaining a nutrition private practice, I work with the Eating Recovery Center of Dallas. In my free time, I love to read, try new recipes, walk my precious goldendoodles, and spend time with my adorable nephew. In all that I do, I aim to glorify God and demonstrate the love of Christ.

Fun Food Facts about Me

I love food--everything from fruits and vegetables to brownies! People who know me well, know that when it comes to food, I live by the slogan: "Everything in moderation!" Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and even though I know fish has a lot of health benefits, I just cannot bring myself to eat it.
